I have renewed my subscriptions and I still can’t get my info back.

I purchase my subscription - renewed it for this year and my portfolio still doesn’t come up. What is the problem

Hi J,

Very occasionaly we have experienced an issue on renewals.  It should be resolved if you tap the 'Refresh' button at the top-left of the 'Summary' or 'Portfolio' pages in the app.  Please contact our support if that doesn't resolve your issue.
