Hi all, my subscription ran out so the app only showed a couple of entries. I went the the App Store and renewed my subscription and restarted the app. My data did not appear. I restarted my iPhone and still no data. It is on the website but not my phone. What is my next step? Thanks for the help. Jack

actually I just looked again at the website and all my data has been erased. That isn’t what I had hoped for.

Hi Jack,
I can see your renewal in our database, so it went through okay. We don't delete your data, so it will still be there, we just need to re-connect you to your account. Open the app on your device and go to the 'More' page, then tap on 'Account' then 'Use/Share Existing Account' and enter your email and password to see your portfolios in the app again.
Let me know how it goes.
