Muliple Portfolios

Is there any guess as to when an update that allows tracking of multiple portfolios might be available?

Hi JG.  While I can't guarantee it we would like see multiple portfolios in the app in a few months.  Of course many things can arise to change our priorities, but those are our plans at the moment.

I would also be interested in the ability to create multiple portfolios but more importantly I'd love to find out how to rename a particular portfolio.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Robert,

The app doesn't name the portfolio at present, so there is no name to change.  This will be availabe when we add multiple portfolios shortly.  You can rename individual stocks if you tap the stock in your portfolio to show the details, then tap the Name item you can edit the name.  Tap the override switch to make sure your change isn't lost on the next portfolio update.  Please let me know if this isn't your issue.

While waiting for this update to allow multiple portfolios, is it possible to purchase another subscription but bring it up under a separate username /login on the same Ipod?

Hi Wes,

The multiple portfolio work is underway and well along, so it won't be long now!

It is possible to create a new account with an associated subscription and switch between them, but it might be a bit awkward.  You would have to enter the account email and password each time you want to switch portfolios.

I'm looking forward to this.

I renewed subscription, but app is still not updating properly. It might help if you cleaned up you account & subscription layout.

Hi Prufrock,

Sorry to hear you are having a problem.  I can see your renewal in our database so your subscription went through.  Try to restart the app and I think that will resolve your issue.  Double tap on the home button and swipe up on the DivPred image, then open the app again.  If that doesn't work then email us at the support email at the bottom of the page and we will investigate further.
