Sorry to hear that you had a problem with the renewal. I will investigate, but for now I have credited your account with a one year subscription which you should see after tapping the refresh button at the top-left of the Portfolio or Summary tabs. If you want to pursue a refund you will have to do that with the Apple App Store. One known issue is that older versions of the app have a problem confirming the transaction with Apple as they changed part of the process with iOS9, so please make sure that you have v2.0.8.
