First off I'd like to say I love this app. Exactly what I was looking for to track my dividend income. I'm curious about where the actual data comes from and how quickly it is updated. For example. I have a large invesment in in AAPL. They recently announced earnings and a new dividend. I have yet to see this reflected in the App. how long does it take for this infomation to make its way there?

Glad that you like the app! Our data is usually updated within a day of the announcement, but occasionally it takes a bit longer. The app only updates itself to refresh its data when it is opened after market close, but you can get the latest data at any time by tapping the refresh button at the top-left of the Portfolio or Summary tabs. The closing price is updated about an hour after market close. Apple's latest dividend announcement is already in our database.
